ePAHT-CF is a PA6-based material developed by eSUN and LUVOCOM, to which 15% high-rigidity carbon fibre has been added. The filament has high strength, mechanical and thermal properties higher than other nylon filaments.
The continuous use temperature of the printed parts can reach up to 150 °C, while short-term use up to 180 °C is possible.
The surface of the printed model is matt and fine.
Recommended printing temperature: | 260 – 300 °C |

Applications of eSUN ePAHT-CF:
- Mechanical engineering
- Chemical industry
- Electrics and electronics
- Robots & Drones
- Automotive industry
- Aerospace
Note: As this is an abrasive material, we recommend using a wear-resistant hardened steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. If possible, hardened steel extruder gears should also be selected.
Due to its strong rigidity, ePAHT-CF is not easy to bend. Excessive bending of the filament should, therefore, be avoided as much as possible during feeding.
ePAHT-CF needs to be dried (70℃>12h) before printing to get the best printing effect. You can use a suitable filament drying box for this.
