Phaetus XG Plated Copper Nozzle

With a temperature resistance of up to 500 °C, the XG M4 Plated Copper nozzle is ideal for working with engineering plastics such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PSU, PPSU and similar materials. Even with such high thermal performance, the nozzle tip temperature remains consistent, which is why stable extrusion is ensured with improved print speed and consistent quality!

The nozzle is made with a special processing technology and is carefully manufactured, which means that it has no burr on the tip edge and no inconsistencies in the bore. The low roughness of the inner bore (≤ Ra 0.4 μm) and a nickel layer ensure excellent smoothness and only low adhesion. High-quality copper alloy with high strength and high thermal conductivity ensures stable performance of this outstanding nozzle!
