Available in 2 types:
- Conch Hotend™- EndCoat™ nozzle with coating hardness of HV3300 makes the hotend service life 2.5 times more than that of ordinary hardened steel nozzle.
- Conch Hotend™ PLUS -Silicone Carbide Nozzle makes the hotend service life 7 times more than that of ordinary hardened steel nozzle.
With a flow rate of 35mm3/s and a choice of and Endcoat™ or Silicone Carbide Nozzle that is copper coated and rated up to 320°C, this hotend features upgraded materials with exceptional wear resistance.
The addition of a silicon carbide nozzle and heat break with EndCoat™ coating provides double wear-resistant protection and significantly extends the service life of the hotend up to 7 times that of ordinary hardened steel nozzles.
It boasts a patented rigid kinematic coupling system, ensuring high rigidity and protecting the heat break from deformation.
Experience a service life that is 7 times longer than ordinary hardened steel nozzles.
